Bio

Marianthi  was born in Athens where she worked as a make up artist and a beautician for 4 years before moving to London to study at the London College of Fashion. During her studies as a Specialist Make-Up Designer for Film & TV, she has been working as a hair and make up artist in film and theatre productions in Greece and UK, like “La Traviata” with the Birmingham Opera, directed by Graham Vick and “Pistols & Hearts” music video directed by Ben Burrows. One of the highlights so far, has been the Opening & Closing Ceremonies at the Olympic Games in Athens 2004, where she was a member of the Volunteer Make-up artist’s team. She has completed her studies of a BA Hons Degree in Specialist Make-Up Design for Film & TV at the London College of Fashion and have been working on various projects, such as short films, commercials and theatrical productions.
